6 oz grilled prime Angus ribeye, swiss chard tamale, mole de huitlacoche, eggs sunny side up

Hugo’s toropos bathed in tomatillo salsa, chicken, two eggs sunny side up

lamb marinated in chiles, onion, garlic and avocado leaves, slow-roasted in agave skin, onion, cilantro, tortillas

dry peppered rubbed scallops over squash blossom stew, creamy greens 

Huevos Rancheros 

two crisp corn tortillas topped with refried beans, grilled hanger steak, fried eggs, salsa de tomate, herbs, cotija cheese
