Backstreet 42nd Anniversary Pop-up Wine Dinner

Featuring Kosta Browne
Wednesday, October 8
6pm Reception, 6:30pm Seated Dinner
Join us for a special Pop-up Wine Dinner to celebrate the 42nd Anniversary of Backstreet, being held at Hugo’s while our beloved restaurant is still under re-construction. The dinner will feature the highly rated wines of Kosta Browne, beginning with a passed bites reception followed by a seated four-course dinner created by Chefs Hugo and Ruben Ortega.
Kosta Browne is a Sonoma-based winery celebrated for producing some of the most sought-after Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays in California. Founded in 1997 by Dan Kosta and Michael Browne, the winery quickly gained acclaim for its meticulous sourcing from prestigious vineyards and its rich, expressive style. Year after year, Kosta Browne has set the benchmark for California Pinot Noir, combining elegance, power, and a true sense of place.
We’re thrilled to share that Kristin Ellis, Texas State Market Manager for the Duckhorn Portfolio, will be joining us for the evening to guide us through each pairing and share the story behind these exceptional wines. Seating is limited — get your tickets today and join us for an evening filled with great food, wine, and company. Cheers!
