Casa Madero Wine Dinner

Thursday, September 11

6pm Reception, 6:30pm Seated Dinner

Join us at Hugo’s for an unforgettable evening with Casa Madero, Mexico’s most-awarded winery and the oldest in the Americas. Founded in 1597 in the Parras Valley of Coahuila, Casa Madero began with the discovery of wild vines in a desert oasis, later established as Hacienda San Lorenzo under royal decree. Revived by the Madero family in 1893, the winery has carried its legacy forward for more than 425 years, producing world-class wines celebrated around the globe. Known especially for its premium reds—Cabernet Sauvignon and the iconic 3V blend—Casa Madero will be showcased in a four-course dinner by Chefs Hugo and Ruben Ortega. We are honored to welcome Casa Madero’s owner, Daniel Milmo, who will personally guide us through each pairing and share the story of this remarkable winery.
