Founded by the Marnier Lapostolle family, Clos Apalta is renowned for crafting world-class wines that express the unique character of their hillside vineyards, combining Old World elegance with New World richness. Their wines are known for their depth, complexity, and exceptional balance, earning acclaim from critics and collectors around the globe.
For this special evening, Chefs Hugo and Ruben Ortega will present a thoughtfully curated four-course menu designed to complement Clos Apalta’s distinguished wines.
We are delighted to welcome Margot Moinard from Clos Apalta, who will guide guests through each pairing and share insights into the winery’s history, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy.
