Join us for our Long Meadow Wine Dinner on Wednesday, November 8th! Long Meadow Ranch was established in the late 1800s and thrived as a vineyard, apple orchard, and goat milk farm until Prohibition, when farming fell dormant. Over the years, the property became swallowed by the encroaching forest until the Hall family purchased the property in 1989. Now Long Meadow Ranch is a family-owned producer and purveyor of world-class wine that have achieved massive success through sustainable and organic farming-methods. They have over 150 acres in Napa and Anderson Valleys and are known for Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening will begin with a passed bites reception at 6pm followed by a seated dinner at 6:30pm. The special 4-course menu was created by Chef Hugo and Chef Ruben Ortega, each course paired with a Long Meadow Ranch wine. We can't wait to serve you! Cheers!
